Confidentiality policy

In conformity with French "Loi informatique et libertés" passed on january 6, 1978, any data collected by the Site and any processing of such data have been declared to the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL www.cnil.fr). Following this registration, it will be possible to access it by writing to CNIL, 21 rue Saint Guillaume, 75340 Paris cedex 07,or sending an e-mail to decweb@cnil.fr.

As part of its function, this web site may collect personal information from its users or visitors. This data is primarily used to show correct and relevant information on the site, as well as to gather usage statistics. Personal identification may require the use of "cookie" files sent by the web site server to the hard disk of the user, so as to facilitate the navigation on the Site or for tracking purpose. Although such files cannot be used to directly identify the user, the CNIL considers them as personal data.
